Hi, I'm Rose.

I've spent the past 5 years learning and growing at Johnson & Johnson where I held multiple positions, each position progressively more senior. I supported technology communications for J&J Technology, and executive communications for the J&J Innovative Medicine Company Group Chairman. In my most recent role as Public Affairs & Access Communications Manager, I spearheaded end-to-end development and execution of integrated communications strategies for a $13B pharmaceutical portfolio, led creative and innovative campaigns to simplify complex topics, and crafted messaging to protect and enhance brand reputation while addressing consumer concerns and building trust.

Outside of the office, I'm a pop culture enthusiast with a knack for recognizing trends that will stick. I write a newsletter all about the latest and greatest people, places, and things (according to me) called Rose Says.

I'm a proud Temple owl, having received my Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Political Science. My previous experiences at IPG agency Carmichael Lynch (formerly Tierney), QVC, and the Mayor of Philadelphia's Communications Office provided me with a wide array of skills and experiences; including impactful campaigns targeted to consumers, corporate communications, social media strategy, influencer marketing, and more.

During my time at Temple, I developed a food blog showcasing all the best places to eat in Philadelphia called @youngndhungry. In between classes, I fostered a community of over 5,000 followers on Instagram and averaged 20,000+ impressions per month. This meaningful experience led to many brand partnerships and it strengthened my social media skills tenfold.
